Manage your templates, documents and content library items
Learn how to manage your templates, documents and Content Library items in Juridoc:
- Copy, delete, rename and move
- Tag
- Organize folders
Copy, delete, rename or move
- Go to your Templates, Documents or Content Library list view, and find the item you want to manage.
- Click in the context menu on the right, and you’ll see four options:
- Duplicate (copy)
- Edit
- Move (into another folder)
- Delete
If you are looking to manage multiple items at once, click the checkboxes next to the item names and choose the action you want to perform in the top right.
Note: when you copy a document with a Sent, Viewed, Completed or Expired status, the copy will automatically be given a Draft status.
If you delete a Sent, Viewed or Completed document, your recipients won’t be able to access it. They’ll get an error message.
Tags
To tag an item:
- Click the context menu on the right and you’ll see four options, select:
- Edit to open the editable popup
- Enter a tag name
- Press “enter” : when you have an existing set of tags, you can choose from other popular tags in a suggested list.
- Click on the Save button
To remove a tag, click the tag icon on the item record and press the red ‘x’ next to the tag you want to remove.
Sort items based on their tags by clicking a tag name or search by tag names preceded by #
Documents
In the document list view, you can sort documents by clicking on their headers:
- Title (alphabetical order)
- Type
- Date (alphabetical order)
- Status
- Active / Inactive
We can change the view of the list:
- Grid
- List

Templates or Content Library items
In your item list view, you can sort templates or content library items by clicking on their headers:
- Title (alphabetical order)
- Created date

Organize in folders
To add a folder: (You can follow the same steps to create a sub-folder within a top level folder.)
- Click “Add new folder”
- Enter a name
- Press “Add”.
To delete or rename a folder, click on the “Edit” or “Trash” icon on hover on the folder selected.
